Contest Info
This annual contest invites students grades 1-12 to use their artistic talent to express their love for animals. You may use any medium to create your art. Simply snap a photo of your artwork, give it a title and submit it below.
Important dates -
- May 13th: Submission close at midnight
- May 15th – 21st: Online voting open to the public
- May 21st: Voting closes at midnight
- May 23rd: Winners Announced

Prizes
Five winners will be determined by online, public vote based on children’s grade year in school: 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, 5th & 6th, 7th & 8th and 9th -12th. Courtesy of our celebrity sponsor, Loretta Swit (best known for her iconic role as Margaret “Hot Lips” Houlihan on the hit series M*A*S*H) and the SwitHeart Animal Alliance, all winning students will receive a $100 VISA gift card. In addition, one Grand Prize winner from all the entries will be chosen by Loretta and will receive a $500 VISA gift card and a signed copy her book “SwitHeart: The Watercolour Artistry & Animal Activism of Loretta Swit.”
